Another Busy Day in SFO

Hi Everyone,

Busy, busy, busy!! Well, I'm not sure about y'all but I think with all the stress this time of year (isn't it pretty much all year?!), anyway - figured you could use some humor so before I jump into the book here's a joke for you:
A 15 year old kid was getting beat by his parents, so he took them to court and the judge said, "I guess you have to go live with your grandparents." The kid replied, "you can't send me to them, they beat me worse than my parents!!" The judge asked,"What am I gonna do with you?" The kid replied, "send me to the Broncos, they can't beat anybody!!"
-BTW, just because I live in CA - I'm still a Broncos fan, admittedly we have had some bad luck lately.... thanks to Don, a good friend and painter for the joke!

Okay - down to biz eee ness (its 1:43 AM on Friday, I'm allowed to be crazy),
Today, got a couple new emails sent off for the book, I have secured an interview with Mr. Bob Wood (tomorrow Saturday) and plan to speak with Bob about how he faced and overcame adversity in his life. Bob's story is extremely fascinating, starting at a very young age he cherished an ambition (passion & love) for flying. Bob always planned to become an airline pilot and had completed his Private Pilot certificate when he was offered a spot at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. Bob's dreams were shattered when it was discovered that he was colorblind and the result was that Bob had to look for other passions - he is not bitter or unhappy, on the contrary he loved his career(s) as a flight attendant for United and actor. But it is precisely his ability to move on and take a positive attitude that fascinates me about his story.

Well, sorry folks - there are many errors in this post I'm sure, but I am exhausted so as they say "Hasta La Vista" Take care, until manana.

Matt
